What Changes When You Pick a Language
The labels print in that script. Date of Birth becomes जन्म तिथि on a Hindi biodata, and options such as Vegetarian, the rasi and the nakshatra print in the language too.
What you type prints exactly as you typed it. So you can type "Software Engineer, Pune" in English on a Marathi biodata, or type the whole thing in Devanagari with your phone's keyboard. Both work.
The line at the top changes with the language as well. A Tamil biodata offers lines such as பிள்ளையார் துணை, a Telugu one శ్రీరస్తు శుభమస్తు, and a Bengali one শ্রী শ্রী প্রজাপতয়ে নমঃ. The lines of every language are offered on every biodata, under their own headings.
English or Your Mother Tongue?
Write in the mother tongue when both families speak it and the elders will read it first. Choose English when the biodata will go to relatives in another state or abroad, or to a family that does not read your script.
Many families make one of each and send whichever fits. The details stay the same, only the print language changes.
Make Your Biodata in Your Language
Each language has its own page, written in English, with the field names that print in that script, a filled sample and the lines families put at the top. Open yours and start from there.

Languages the Maker Does Not Print
Assamese, Konkani, Sindhi, Maithili, Bhojpuri and Rajasthani are not in the list of 12. Families who speak them can print the labels in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi or English, and type the names and places in their own words.
