Privacy Policy
Your biodata, photo and any scan or symbol you upload stay on your phone; we can't see or recover them. This page lists the few things that do leave it.

The download record
When you verify and download, we keep:
- the date and time;
- a secret code of your mobile number;
- the secret code of the printed name and date of birth, and the name's first letter;
- the design you chose, the file type (PDF or image) and the number of pages;
- the page and ad that brought you here, if any;
- the biodata's print language;
- that you agreed to this policy.
This code is made the moment you download. It only tells us whether a later download from your number is for the same person — correcting a typo still counts as the same biodata. No record is kept if you download without verifying.
If you pay
The order keeps your mobile number, the first name on the biodata, the secret code of the name and date of birth, the design, the amount, the payment method and whether the payment went through. Cashfree Payments takes the payment and receives your mobile number with the order; we never see or store your card, bank or UPI details. See our Refund Policy.
Offers by SMS, only if you tick the box
The offers box on the code screen is optional and starts unticked; you can download without it. If you tick it, we also keep your mobile number and, from the biodata, the first name, gender, date of birth, rasi, nakshatra and who it is for, so SMS offers from hellobiodata.com and RaniAstro suit you. Both are run by Tech Sambar Technologies LLP.
To stop offers, use the opt-out given in any offer SMS, or email hello@hellobiodata.com with your mobile number; we stop them within 7 days. Leaving the box unticked on a later download does not cancel an earlier yes.
No WhatsApp messages from this site
hellobiodata.com never sends you WhatsApp messages. The code comes by SMS, offers come by SMS only if you tick the box, and your biodata downloads straight to your phone on the same page. When you share it on WhatsApp, you send it yourself, from your phone.
In every case, we never keep your religion, caste, family, address, education, income, birth time or place, or the photo. We never sell your data, and never send your biodata details to advertisers.
Cookies and storage on your phone
Your biodatas are saved on this phone so you can edit them later. One cookie remembers your verified number for 90 days; another remembers a skipped verification for 24 hours. We use no other cookies and no ad trackers. We count anonymous steps, like a finished download, to fix problems.
Who else is involved
MSG91 sends the SMS code. Cashfree takes payments for Biodata Plus. Our hosting provider keeps routine technical logs to keep the site secure.
Links to RaniAstro open RaniAstro's own site, which has its own privacy policy. The links carry only which of our offers you tapped — never your mobile number or your biodata details.
Your choices and rights
- On your phone: delete a biodata in the app, or clear this site's data in your browser.
- With us: ask to see, correct or delete what we keep, stop offers, or withdraw consent. Email hello@hellobiodata.com with your mobile number; we act within 7 days.
- Language: ask for this policy in any of our 11 Indian languages.
Children
The Service is for adults. Downloads are refused for anyone under 18. If a child's data has reached us, tell us and we will delete it.
Contact and grievance officer
hellobiodata.com is run by Tech Sambar Technologies LLP, the data fiduciary for this service under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any question or complaint about your data, write to our grievance officer at hello@hellobiodata.com. We reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
