1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may make a biodata for yourself or, with their knowledge and consent, for a family member or a client. The Service must not be used to make a biodata for anyone below the legal age of marriage in India (18 for women, 21 for men); downloads are refused for such a date of birth.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you enter details, choose a design and download a PDF or image. Horoscope values are calculated from the birth details you enter and can be edited; see the disclaimer.

3. Prices and payment

• Free: making, editing and downloading a biodata. A free download prints a small line with our website at the bottom of the page: “Made free at hellobiodata.com”.
• Biodata Plus, ₹29 per biodata: a one-time payment for one person's biodata on one verified mobile number. It removes that line, unlocks every design marked Premium for that person, and lets you download that biodata again as often as you like on that number. It stays unlocked on that number and is not a subscription.
• One free biodata per mobile number: a verified number gets one person's biodata free. Correcting the date of birth keeps it the same biodata, and so does correcting the name if the date of birth was printed on the first download and still is. A biodata for another person on the same number needs Biodata Plus or another verified number. A number gets a new free biodata 12 months after its first.
• The price is shown before you pay and is charged in Indian rupees. Payments are taken by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, bank or UPI details. Nothing is charged unless you confirm the payment in Cashfree's window.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a payment already made.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and your responsibility

• Everything you type, upload or download is yours. We claim no rights over it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details in your biodata and for having the right to use any photo you upload. Do not enter another person's details without their consent.
• Your biodata and photo are saved only on your own device. We cannot see, recover or restore them. Keep your own copy of the downloaded file.

5. Our designs and brand

The designs, layouts, ornaments, sample biodatas, text and code of the Service belong to Tech Sambar Technologies LLP. You may print, share and send the biodatas you make with them for personal, family or marriage-bureau use. You may not copy the designs to sell them, offer them as your own service, or remove our name from the site. Sample people shown on the site are fictional.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to deceive anyone, to impersonate a person, or to make a biodata for a person who hasn't agreed;
• send one-time codes to numbers that aren't yours, or try to bypass the download limits, the line with our website or the payment;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service or its servers;
• upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.

7. No guarantee

The Service, free and paid, is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will be error-free, perfectly translated, print the same on every printer, or always be available. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Sambar Technologies LLP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made by you or any family on the basis of a biodata or its horoscope values, lost data on your device, or printing costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Offers from RaniAstro

The Service shows offers for RaniAstro astrology reports. RaniAstro is run by the same company, Tech Sambar Technologies LLP, but its reports are separate products, bought on RaniAstro's own site under its own terms, prices and refund policy. Buying one is never required to make or download a biodata.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
