Wedding Invitation Wording and Gift Ideas
Wedding card wording in English and Indian languages, WhatsApp invites, wishes to send, and gift ideas for the couple, the bride and the groom.
These guides cover the words and gifts around a wedding. The card comes first: what goes on it and in what order. There are samples to copy for Hindu and Muslim weddings, Hindi card matter, a Marathi lagna patrika, and short messages for inviting people on WhatsApp.
Then come the wishes. There are lines to write inside a card or send on the day, in English and in Hindi, and a separate set for the engagement.
The gift guides are sorted by who the gift is for and by budget, including ideas under ₹500. One post explains how much shagun to give by relation, and why families add that extra ₹1. Another covers return gifts for guests.
All names, dates and amounts in the samples are made up. Take the muhurat time from your own priest before the card goes to the printer.
