"Dr." goes before the name because she has an MBBS. Families use the title on biodatas, and it saves one line of explanation.
The job line names the post, the department and the city. It does not name the college. That is a fair choice for a girl's biodata, which gets forwarded to many WhatsApp groups. The name of the hospital can be shared on the first call.
Her About Me answers the one question every boy's family asks a working daughter: what happens to her career after marriage? Say it in one sentence. "Wants to keep working" is better said early than argued about after the roka.

This is the line most families are tempted to hide. Please don't. The panditji who made her kundli marked her manglik, so the family picked "Yes". The form never fills this line by itself.
A manglik girl's biodata still gets good responses. Many families look for a manglik boy on purpose, and many pandits weigh cancellations before they say no. The mother is the contact person here. That is common when the father travels for work, and it is fine. The address shows only the locality and city. For a girl's biodata that goes out to strangers, a full house number is not needed at the first step.
Photo and Length
One photo goes in the frame at the top, and it is optional. For a working doctor, a simple photo in a kurta or saree works better than a studio-heavy one. This whole sample fits on one A4 page in most of our designs.
What to Change for Your Own Daughter
If she is still studying, write the course and the year it ends: "MBBS final year, completes in 2027". If your family is not manglik, write "No". If nobody knows, "Don't Know" is an honest choice and better than a guess.

Yes. One line in About Me, such as "wants to continue her practice after marriage", is clear and polite.
What Is Nanihal and Why Is It on the Biodata?
Nanihal is the mother's parental family. Many Kayastha families check its sub-caste and gotra, so a short line saves a question.
Should the Girl's Biodata Show Her Full Address?
Not at first. The locality and city are enough. Share the full address once both families agree to meet.
