Where parents really get stuck is the phone itself: the OTP, Hindi typing, a sideways photo, or a PDF that downloads and then cannot be found.

Mobile Se Biodata, 5 Short Steps
- Open the design gallery in your phone browser and tap a design.
- Choose "This Biodata Is For: Male / Female" and type the Full Name.
- Enter your mobile number and the OTP code you receive. This is a one-time check.
- Fill Personal Details, Horoscope, Family Details and Contact Details, and add one photo.
- Open the preview and tap Download PDF or Download Image.

Below are the problems that come after.
OTP Nahi Aaya
The OTP is the short code sent to your number to confirm it is yours. If it does not come:
- Check the number on screen. One wrong digit is the most common reason.
- Check that the phone has signal. Inside a lift or basement the message may wait.
- Wait a full minute before trying again. Codes sometimes arrive late at busy times.
- Use a number that is active in this phone right now, not an old SIM.
Use a parent's number that will stay the same for the next year. The biodata is saved on it, and you will use it to come back and make changes.
Hindi Ya Marathi Mein Type Kaise Karein
You do not have to type in Hindi at all. Type the details in English letters and choose Hindi, Marathi or any of the 12 languages as the biodata language. The labels and the rashi and nakshatra names print in that language. Names stay as you typed them.
If you want the names themselves in Devanagari, add Hindi to the phone keyboard. On Android with Gboard, Google's help page on typing in a different language shows the steps. On iPhone, go to Settings, General, Keyboard, Keyboards, and add Hindi. Switch with the globe key.
Do not mix. If the father's name is in Devanagari, write the mother's name in Devanagari too. Mixed scripts look untidy on a printed page.
Photo Ulta Ya Tedha Aa Gaya
Photos taken sideways often come in turned. After you pick the photo, the "Adjust Your Photo" screen opens. Tap Rotate until the face is upright, then pinch or use the slider to zoom, and drag the face to the middle of the frame.
If the photo looks blurred in the preview, it is probably a WhatsApp-forwarded copy. WhatsApp shrinks photos when they are sent. Ask for the original from the phone that took it, or take a fresh one near a window in daylight.
Selfies taken at arm's length make the face look wider. Ask someone to take it from about two metres away.
Design Pasand Nahi Aaya
Change it any time. Your details stay as they are, and the new design takes them. 63 of our 66 designs are free. Try two or three before you download.
PDF Download Hua, Par Mil Nahi Raha
The file does not open by itself, which confuses many parents.
On Android, open the Files app (on Samsung, My Files) and tap Downloads. Chrome also shows a "Downloaded" message at the bottom with an Open button.
On iPhone, Apple's help page on where to find downloads says Safari saves files in the Downloads folder in the Files app.
The file is named after the person, like "Pooja-Sharma-Biodata.pdf", so look for the name.
PDF Khul Nahi Raha
Some older phones have no PDF viewer. Two easy fixes:
- Download the JPG instead, with Download Image. It is one picture with every page, and it opens in the Gallery like any photo.
- Or open the PDF in Google Drive, which comes on most Android phones.
If the other family has an old phone, send them the JPG too.
WhatsApp Par Blurry Dikh Raha Hai
When you send the biodata JPG as a normal photo, WhatsApp compresses it, and small text goes soft. A screenshot of the PDF has the same problem. Send it as a document instead: tap the attach (paperclip) button, choose Document, and pick the file. It arrives exactly as made.

Galti Ho Gayi, Ab Kya Karein
Spotted a wrong date or a spelling mistake after downloading? Go back to the form, correct the line, and download again. You do not have to start over.
The biodata is saved on your verified mobile number. If you open the site on a new phone, tap Sign In and use the same number to see it.
Print Kaise Karein
Send the PDF to the print shop's WhatsApp as a document and ask for an A4 colour print. Every shop has A4 paper. Ask them to print one copy first and check it before they print more.
